What hours are you open?
We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm, Saturdays 10am - 9pm and Sundays 10am - 5pm.
Are bookings being taken and if so, where can I book?
We are taking bookings. You can book by phoning us on the number at the top of this page or by submitting a reservation request here.
I do not know my plans just yet. Are you accepting walk ins?
It’s preferable that you book ahead of visiting. However, our team will do their best to accommodate walk ins where possible while maintaining social distancing.
What is the maximum party size?
The maximum party size is dependent on current government guidelines. At the moment we can accommodate 2 households dining together.
Can I book a private party?
We have private dining facilities that can be used for private experiences. However, the number of people is still mandated by government guidelines and is limited to 2 households at the current time. Only our Bistro is currently open. The restaurant will be available to hire for events in the future.
Is your terrace open?
Yes, our terrace is open (weather permitting) and has also been laid out in accordance with social distancing. The terrace is also subject to the same rigorous cleaning regime as our dining facilities.
Are you taking bookings for Christmas?
At the moment we are only taking bookings for Christmas for Audley Village owners and their guests. We will be reviewing this approach later in the year. If you would like to be alerted about any changes to our Christmas policy please sign up for our newsletters at the bottom of this page.
Frequently asked questions - during your visit:
How long are booking slots?
Our dining slots are limited to 1.5 hours to allow us time to properly sanitize ahead of re-use. However, if we do not have another party awaiting use of the table we may be able to extend your dining time on a discretionary basis.
Are there any conditions to me dining at No3 Bistro?
You must be feeling well, without a temperature, cough or cold at the time of your visit. If you feel at all unwell, please stay at home and call 111 if you feel it is necessary. Our friendly reception team will ask you some questions to ascertain your health on arrival, and prior to being escorted to the dining facilities.
What else can I expect on arrival?
Our reception team will take down your details in our visitor book and provide a temperature check with our infrared cameras. We keep this data in accordance with Track and Trace guidelines as well as GDPR guidelines. Your data will only be kept for as long as is necessary and you have the right to ask for your data to be removed after the mandated Track & Trace programme has ceased.
How can I pay?
You can pay using card at our wireless terminals that will be bought to your table. Our contactless service has been increased up to £45 to assist this process. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
How is your restaurant configured?
Our restaurant floorplan has been reconfigured to provide the appropriate spacing between tables. Furthermore, all tables are cleaned prior to each use. You will be given single use menus and condiments to minimise cross-contamination and all cutlery and crockery will be provided after you have been seated.
Are you offering bar service?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate bar service. Instead our team will provide stellar table service giving you an even more relaxed dining experience.
Do I need to wear a face mask?
While we do appreciate you wearing a face mask in the reception area and while being escorted to the dining facilities it is not compulsory. We do ask that you try to maintain a safe distance from other members of the public while you move around our venues.
Can I use other areas of the venue like the library?
Unfortunately, at this time you are unable to use other areas of the venue including the gym, swimming pool, and library.
Will your team members be using PPE?
Yes, our team members will be wearing PPE for both your safety and their own. This includes masks. Our kitchen teams are also wearing full PPE throughout their shifts.
Are your team members being tested?
Our teams are temperature checked before they start each shift. Furthermore, our teams are practicing self-isolation where required after any leave taken to better protect your safety.
Are you team members washing their hands regularly?
Yes, our teams are washing their hands regularly with anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitiser.
What is your sanitising regime?
We have established a robust sanitising programme across all crockery, cutlery and glassware. We have implemented regular cleaning across the venue as well as a daily deep clean.
Are there safety policy posters in the venue?
We have several friendly reminder signs around our venues so you won’t forget to keep a safe distance or use hand sanitiser when it’s presented.
What is your COVID Policy and is this available to view?
We have an internal COVID Risk Assessment that has been worked on during the past few months. This is not available to the public but can be requested to view from the village General Manager.
What happens if there is a second wave or the area we are in goes into another lockdown?
We will follow government guidelines at that time along with our own Covid policy to maintain the safety of you, our owners and our teams. Any pre-arranged bookings will be phoned and an alternative date will be scheduled.
